1900 Feed is proudly owned and operated by Abby Renee Barrow and Halley Ray Moor Jr. Together, they have carried the Moor family’s farming tradition into a new era, building on more than a century of farming in Hankamer, Texas.
What began in the fields in 1900 has grown into a modern feed mill that produces premium blends for deer, cattle, and more. Abby and Halley’s vision is not only to honor the hard work of generations past but also to keep improving how the land provides for the future, ensuring the land continues to provide for their family and serve ranchers, hunters, and the agriculture community for years to come.
Their commitment is simple: protect the legacy, grow sustainably, and deliver the highest quality feed possible.

“I have a consulting business and I work with a lot of deer breeders and ranches all over the state. Since I’ve started the 1900 Feed myself, I’ve recommended it to everybody I’ve talked to. Everybody I know is well pleased with it.”

"The quality of the feed has shaped my herd up. I'm getting more animals bred and more live calves. To be practical enough to survive, you've got to have a good quality feed, and I've fed all of them... and the quality of the feed is as far as I'm concerned unmatched."

“1900 Feed is right down the road from us and as I dove into it, I realized it was an extremely high quality product… Once I started looking at their mineral package and the nutrition label on it, it truly is a high quality product. In my opinion, one of the highest quality feeds in the business.”
